  1.1                          A bill for an act
  1.2             relating to capital improvements; appropriating money 
  1.3             for planning the renovation of Centennial Hall at St. 
  1.4             Cloud State University; authorizing state bonds. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [CENTENNIAL HALL AT ST. CLOUD STATE 
  1.7   UNIVERSITY.] 
  1.8      $....... is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund to the 
  1.9   board of trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and 
  1.10  Universities for designing the renovation of Centennial Hall at 
  1.11  St. Cloud State University to serve as academic and academic 
  1.12  service space.  
  1.13     Sec. 2.  [BOND SALE.] 
  1.14     To provide the money appropriated by section 1 from the 
  1.15  bond proceeds fund, the commissioner of finance, on request of 
  1.16  the governor, shall sell and issue bonds of the state in an 
  1.17  amount up to $....... in the manner, upon the terms, and with 
  1.18  the effect prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 
  1.19  16A.675, and by the Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 
  1.20  4 to 7. 
  1.21     Sec. 3.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.22     This act is effective the day following its final enactment.
