  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [MUSKIE STOCKING PROHIBITED; LAKE MILTONA.] 
  1.6      The commissioner of natural resources shall not stock 
  1.7   muskie in Lake Miltona in Douglas county. 
  1.8      Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.9      Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
