relating to the Capitol; requiring the Capitol Area Architectural and Planning
Board to commission a new work of art.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin CAPITOL AREA ARCHITECTURAL AND PLANNING BOARD.

No later than November 1, 2012, the executive secretary of the Capitol Area
Architectural and Planning Board must commission a bust of United States Senator Paul
Wellstone for permanent display in the Capitol building.
