A bill for an act
relating to housing; appropriating money for a grant to the Little Earth of United
Tribes Housing Corporation.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 462A.33, $200,000 in fiscal year 2020 is
appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of housing finance for a matching
grant to the Little Earth of United Tribes Housing Corporation for the costs associated with
fire damage repairs.
