  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $90,000 is appropriated from the general fund in fiscal 
  1.8   year 2001 to the board of water and soil resources for a grant 
  1.9   to the Blue Earth soil and water conservation district for the 
  1.10  purpose of an erosion control project on the Le Sueur river in 
  1.11  the city of St. Clair.
