A bill for an act
relating to transportation; appropriating money for small cities assistance for
road construction and maintenance.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION FOR SMALL CITIES ASSISTANCE FOR ROAD
CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE.

$12,500,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of
transportation for small cities assistance under Minnesota Statutes, section 162.145. This
appropriation is available for the fiscal year ending on June 30, 2017.
