  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.8      $10,350,000 is appropriated from the trunk highway fund to 
  1.9   the commissioner of transportation to design, construct, and 
  1.10  furnish an addition to and remodeling of the headquarters 
  1.11  facility in St. Cloud.
