BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $65,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of veterans
affairs for a grant to the Arcade-Phalen American Legion Post 577 to predesign, design,
construct, furnish, and equip improvements to the post's building in St. Paul. This
appropriation does not require a nonstate contribution.
