relating to arts and cultural heritage; appropriating money for radio programming
commemorating the sesquicentennial of the American Civil War and the Dakota
Conflict.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $15,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2013 from the arts and cultural heritage fund to
the commissioner of administration for a grant to the Association of Minnesota Public
Educational Radio Stations for programming that commemorates the sesquicentennial of
the American Civil War and the Dakota Conflict.
