relating to arts and culture; appropriating money for grant to the Coalition of Allied
Vietnam War Veterans.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; COALITION OF ALLIED VIETNAM WAR
VETERANS.

new text begin $350,000 in fiscal year 2020 and $350,000 in fiscal year 2021 are appropriated from the
arts and cultural heritage fund to the commissioner of administration for grants to the
Coalition of Allied Vietnam War Veterans for the collection and archiving of historical
accounts of Asian Minnesotans' experiences during the Vietnam War and emigration to
America.
