A bill for an act
relating to state government; reducing the base appropriation to the commissioner
of administration; prohibiting a transfer to the Minnesota Film and TV Board in
fiscal years 2020 and 2021.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION; MINNESOTA FILM AND
TV BOARD.

new text begin The base appropriation to the commissioner of administration is reduced by $162,000
each year in fiscal years 2020 and 2021. During these fiscal years, the commissioner of
administration may not transfer any appropriation to the Minnesota Film and TV Board
unless otherwise expressly required by law.
