  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to capital improvements; authorizing the 
  1.3             issuance of bonds; appropriating money for an outdoor 
  1.4             recreation complex in the city of Ada. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      (a) $50,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund to 
  1.8   the city of Ada for development and improvement of an outdoor 
  1.9   recreation complex.  The appropriation is subject to an equal 
  1.10  match from nonstate sources. 
  1.11     (b) To provide the money appropriated by paragraph (a) from 
  1.12  the bond proceeds fund, the commissioner of finance shall sell 
  1.13  and issue bonds of the state in an amount up to $50,000 in the 
  1.14  manner, on the terms, and with the effect prescribed by 
  1.15  Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the 
  1.16  Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7. 
  1.17     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.18     Section 1 is effective the day after its final enactment.
