  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 2000, section 181.940, 
  1.8   subdivision 4, is amended to read: 
  1.9      Subd. 4.  [CHILD.] "Child" means an individual under 18 
  1.10  years of age or an individual under age 20 who is still 
  1.11  attending secondary school.  Child includes a child by birth or 
  1.12  adoption, or a foster child of the employee.
