A bill for an act
 relating to higher education; clarifying administrative funding for teach education
and comprehension helps program grants; amending Minnesota Statutes 2007
Supplement, section 136A.128, by adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2007 Supplement, section 136A.128, is amended by
adding a subdivision to read:

new text begin A nonprofit organization that receives a grant under this
section may use five percent of the grant amount to administer the program.
