  1.2             relating to health care; requiring pharmacists to 
  1.3             disclose the cost of prescriptions; proposing coding 
  1.4             for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 151. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [151.214] [PRESCRIPTION DRUG PRICE DISCLOSURE.] 
  1.7      A pharmacist licensed under this chapter must provide to 
  1.8   the purchaser, for each prescription dispensed where part or all 
  1.9   of the cost of the prescription is being paid or reimbursed by a 
  1.10  group purchaser, the usual and customary price of the 
  1.11  prescription.  For purposes of this section, "group purchaser" 
  1.12  has the meaning given under section 62J.03.
