A bill for an act
relating to capital improvements; appropriating money for improvements to the
Chatfield Brass Band Lending Library (CBBLL).

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $160,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the Minnesota Historical Society
for a grant to the Chatfield Brass Band Lending Library (CBBLL), located in the city of
Chatfield, to design and construct an addition, to renovate existing space within, and for
HVAC and electrical upgrades, and other improvements of a capital nature, to the CBBLL.
This appropriation is available until the project is abandoned or completed, subject to
Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642. Up to $10,000 of this appropriation may be used by
the CBBLL for computer and information technology upgrades.
