BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; KENRICK AVENUE PARK-AND-RIDE FACILITY
EXPANSION.

new text begin $10,500,000 in fiscal year 2020 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of transportation for design, engineering, and construction costs of expanding the Kenrick
Avenue park-and-ride facility in Lakeville. This is a onetime appropriation and is available
until June 30, 2021.
