A bill for an act
relating to health; amending health professional education loan forgiveness
program requirements; amending Laws 2011, First Special Session chapter 9,
article 2, section 14.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Laws 2011, First Special Session chapter 9, article 2, section 14, is amended
by adding an effective date to read:

This section is effective the day following final enactment
and applies to applications for the health professional education loan forgiveness program
submitted on or after that date.
