  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to transportation; appropriating money for 
  1.3             work relating to highways 10, 65, and I-35W. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATIONS FOR HIGHWAYS 10, 65, I-35W.] 
  1.6      Subdivision 1.  [HIGHWAY 10.] $....... is appropriated from 
  1.7   the trunk highway fund to the commissioner of transportation to 
  1.8   erect noise barriers along the east side of marked trunk highway 
  1.9   No. 10 through the city of Arden Hills. 
  1.10     Subd. 2.  [HIGHWAY 65.] $....... is appropriated from the 
  1.11  trunk highway fund to the commissioner of transportation to 
  1.12  upgrade and expand marked trunk highway No. 65 from its 
  1.13  intersection with marked trunk highway No. 118 in Anoka county 
  1.14  northerly to its intersection with Bunker Hills Boulevard. 
  1.15     Subd. 3.  [HIGHWAY I-35W.] $....... is appropriated from 
  1.16  the trunk highway fund to the commissioner of transportation to 
  1.17  expand interstate highway I-35W to three lanes from its 
  1.18  intersection with marked trunk highway No. 118 northerly to its 
  1.19  intersection with Lexington Avenue in Anoka county.
