  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to transportation; appropriating money for 
  1.3             Faribault county transit system. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $210,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of transportation for greater Minnesota transit 
  1.8   assistance and is available until June 30, 2001.  Of this 
  1.9   amount, $80,000 is for capital costs of the Faribault county 
  1.10  transit system and $130,000 is for implementation and operation 
  1.11  of this system.  This appropriation is added to the 
  1.12  appropriation in Laws 1999 for greater Minnesota transit 
  1.13  assistance.
