A bill for an act
 relating to taxation; property; authorizing Itasca County to issue general
obligation bonds for the county nursing home; amending Laws 2003, chapter
127, article 12, section 28.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2003, chapter 127, article 12, section 28, is amended to read:


Sec. 28. NURSING HOME BONDS AUTHORIZED.

Itasca County may issue bonds under Minnesota Statutes, sections 376.55 and
376.56, to finance the construction of a 35-bed nursing home facility to replace an existing
35-bed private facility located in the county. The bonds issued under this section deleted text begin must
