  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to natural resources; conveying title to 
  1.3             consolidated conservation lands to the counties in 
  1.4             which the lands are located; repealing Minnesota 
  1.5             Statutes 1998, sections 84A.01; 84A.02; 84A.03; 
  1.6             84A.04; 84A.07; 84A.08; 84A.09; 84A.10; 84A.101; 
  1.7             84A.11; 84A.20; 84A.21; 84A.22; 84A.23; 84A.26; 
  1.8             84A.27; 84A.28; 84A.29; 84A.30; 84A.31; 84A.32; 
  1.9             84A.33; 84A.36; 84A.37; 84A.38; 84A.39; 84A.40; 
  1.10            84A.41; 84A.42; 84A.50; 84A.51; 84A.52; 84A.53; 
  1.11            84A.54; 84A.55; 84A.56; and 84A.57. 
  1.12  BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.13     Section 1.  [CONVEYANCE OF CONSOLIDATED CONSERVATION 
  1.14  LANDS.] 
  1.15     The commissioner of natural resources shall convey title to 
  1.16  lands held by the state under Minnesota Statutes, sections 
  1.17  84A.07, 84A.26, and 84A.36, including those consolidated 
  1.18  conservation lands classified as wildlife management areas by 
  1.19  order of the commissioner in 1991 and 1999, to the counties in 
  1.20  which the lands are located. 
  1.21     Sec. 2.  [REPEALER.] 
  1.22     Minnesota Statutes 1998, sections 84A.01; 84A.02; 84A.03; 
  1.23  84A.04; 84A.07; 84A.08; 84A.09; 84A.10; 84A.101; 84A.11; 84A.20; 
  1.24  84A.21; 84A.22; 84A.23; 84A.26; 84A.27; 84A.28; 84A.29; 84A.30; 
  1.25  84A.31; 84A.32; 84A.33; 84A.36; 84A.37; 84A.38; 84A.39; 84A.40; 
  1.26  84A.41; 84A.42; 84A.50; 84A.51; 84A.52; 84A.53; 84A.54; 84A.55; 
  1.27  84A.56; and 84A.57, are repealed. 
  1.28     Sec. 3.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  2.1      Sections 1 and 2 are effective the day following final 
  2.2   enactment.
