A bill for an act
relating to taxation; property; modifying the eligibility requirements for the
sliding scale market value exclusion for electric power generation efficiency;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 272.0211, by adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 272.0211, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:

facility that was eligible for the exclusion under this section for taxes payable in 2014.
