relating to natural resources; appropriating money for Northwoods Regional ATV
Trail System.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; NORTHWOODS REGIONAL ATV TRAIL SYSTEM.

$250,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $250,000 in fiscal year 2025 are appropriated from the
all-terrain vehicle account in the natural resources fund to the commissioner of natural
resources for a grant to Aitkin County, in cooperation with the Northwoods Regional ATV
Trail Alliance, to maintain and repair the Northwoods Regional ATV Trail System. This
appropriation is available until June 30, 2026.
