A bill for an act
relating to energy; appropriating money to city of Oak Park Heights for
cost-sharing purchase and construction of geothermal heating and cooling system.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

APPROPRIATION.

new text begin Of the money appropriated during the 2009 state legislative session from funds made
available pursuant to the federal Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Program
under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Public Law 111-5, up
to $339,000 is appropriated to the commissioner of commerce as a grant to the city of
Oak Park Heights for the bid, purchase, engineering, and construction of a geothermal
heating and cooling system.
