  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      (a) $3,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund in 
  1.7   fiscal year 2002 to the director of the office of environmental 
  1.8   assistance for a grant under Minnesota Statutes, section 
  1.9   115A.54, to Olmsted county for the construction of a solid waste 
  1.10  fuel cleaning and materials recovery facility that serves both 
  1.11  Olmsted and Dodge counties. 
  1.12     (b) This appropriation is available only if matched by 
  1.13  $3,000,000 from nonstate sources.
