  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.8      $220,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.9   commissioner of children, families, and learning for the 
  1.10  biennium ending June 30, 2001, for a grant to independent school 
  1.11  district No. 577, Willow River, to be used to construct an early 
  1.12  childhood education center and a community resource center.
