 relating to education finance; appropriating money for a school bus garage for
Independent School District No. 726, Becker.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; BECKER SCHOOL DISTRICT.

new text begin (a) $5,200,000 in fiscal year 2022 is appropriated from the general fund to the Department
of Education for a grant to Independent School District No. 726, Becker, for land acquisition,
predesign, design, engineering, and construction of a bus garage.
