  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to human services; providing for coverage of 
  1.3             nursing supervision of home health services; amending 
  1.4             Minnesota Statutes 1998, section 256B.0627, 
  1.5             subdivision 2. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1998, section 256B.0627, 
  1.8   subdivision 2, is amended to read: 
  1.9      Subd. 2.  [SERVICES COVERED.] Home care services covered 
  1.10  under this section include:  
  1.11     (1) nursing services under section 256B.0625, subdivision 
  1.12  6a; 
  1.13     (2) private duty nursing services under section 256B.0625, 
  1.14  subdivision 7; 
  1.15     (3) home health aide services under section 256B.0625, 
  1.16  subdivision 6a; 
  1.17     (4) personal care services under section 256B.0625, 
  1.18  subdivision 19a; 
  1.19     (5) nursing supervision of personal care services under 
  1.20  section 256B.0625, subdivision 19a; and 
  1.21     (6) assessments by county public health nurses for services 
  1.22  under section 256B.0625, subdivision 19a; and 
  1.23     (7) nursing supervision of home health services under 
  1.24  section 256B.0625, subdivisions 6a and 7, including those 
  1.25  services provided to recipients of alternative care services 
  2.1   under section 256B.0913, home and community-based services for 
  2.2   the elderly under section 256B.0915, community alternatives for 
  2.3   disabled individuals waiver services under section 256B.49, 
  2.4   community alternative care waiver services under section 
  2.5   256B.49, and traumatic brain injury waiver services under 
  2.6   section 256B.49.
