A bill for an act
 relating to state government; repealing a transfer from Board of Electricity
account in the special revenue fund; appropriating money; repealing Laws 2005,
First Special Session chapter 1, article 3, section 16.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin BOARD OF ELECTRICITY TRANSFER.

new text begin The transfer of $4,000,000 from the Board of Electricity account in the special
revenue fund to the general fund required in Laws 2005, First Special Session chapter 1,
article 3, section 16, is canceled.

Sec. 2. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $4,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of finance for
transfer to the Board of Electricity account in the special revenue fund.

Sec. 3. new text begin REPEALER.
