BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$608,000 in fiscal year 2020 is appropriated from the clean water fund to the
commissioner of the Pollution Control Agency for a grant to the city of Mahnomen for local
inflow and infiltration reduction programs. This is a onetime appropriation and is available
until June 30, 2022.
