  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $10,000,000 is appropriated to the commissioner of trade 
  1.7   and economic development from the general fund for the 
  1.8   redevelopment account under Minnesota Statutes, sections 
  1.9   116J.561 to 116J.567.  The appropriation is available for the 
  1.10  biennium ending June 30, 2001.
