relating to human services; appropriating money for family assets for independence.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

$250,000 in fiscal year 2018 and $250,000 in fiscal year 2019 are appropriated from the
general fund to the commissioner of human services for the purposes described in Minnesota
Statutes, section 256E.35, family assets for independence.
