  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING FOR 
  1.7   FARM FAMILIES.] 
  1.8      $150,000 in fiscal year 2002 and $150,000 in fiscal year 
  1.9   2003 are appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner 
  1.10  of agriculture for transfer to the board of trustees of the 
  1.11  Minnesota state colleges and universities for mental health 
  1.12  counseling support to farm families and business operators 
  1.13  through the farm business management program at Central Lakes 
  1.14  College and Ridgewater College.
