  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to human services; providing a rate 
  1.3             adjustment for a nursing facility in Anoka county; 
  1.4             amending Minnesota Statutes 2000, section 256B.434, by 
  1.5             adding a subdivision. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 2000, section 256B.434, is 
  1.8   amended by adding a subdivision to read: 
  1.9      Subd. 4c.  [RATE INCREASE EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2001.] A 
  1.10  nursing facility in Anoka county licensed for 98 beds shall 
  1.11  receive an increase of $10 in each case mix rate for the rate 
  1.12  year beginning July 1, 2001.  This increase shall be included in 
  1.13  the facility's total payment rate for purposes of determining 
  1.14  future rates under this section or any other section.
