relating to economic development; appropriating money for a grant to the city of
Duluth to pay debt on the Great Lakes Aquarium.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin DULUTH, LAKE SUPERIOR CENTER; APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $....... is appropriated in fiscal year 2010 from the general fund to the commissioner
of finance for a grant to the city of Duluth to pay all outstanding debt and other obligations
or liabilities related to the Lake Superior Center, also known as the Great Lakes Aquarium.
