A bill for an act
 relating to energy; prohibiting bans by political subdivisions on new natural gas
or propane service to any building; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota
Statutes, chapter 326.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

or permit requirement that prohibits or has the effect of preventing a utility from (1)
