BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA FOR
INDIGENOUS LANGUAGE PROGRAM.

new text begin $....... is appropriated from the general fund in the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2007,
to the Board of Regents of the University of Minnesota to establish a Dakota language
teacher training immersion program on the Twin Cities campus to prepare teachers to
teach in Dakota language immersion programs.
