relating to natural resources; providing for
disposition of fees from metal traction device
stickers; appropriating money.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the unexpended
balance of money from Laws 1999, chapter 231, section 94, must
be credited to the snowmobile trails and enforcement account
under Minnesota Statutes, section 84.83, and is appropriated to
the commissioner of natural resources for the purposes of the
account.

Sec. 2. new text begin EFFECTIVE DATE.
