  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $128,288 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of natural resources for a grant to the city of 
  1.9   Barnesville for the Whiskey creek restoration project.  The 
  1.10  appropriation is available for the biennium ending June 30, 2001.
