  1.5      Section 1.  [RESIDENTIAL ACADEMY; APPROPRIATION.]

  1.7   general fund to the commissioner of children, families, and 
  1.8   learning for a grant to Minnesota Valley Academy for a 
  1.9   residential academy under Laws 1998, chapter 398, article 5,
