  1.8      The following sums are appropriated from the general fund 
  1.9   to the department of children, families, and learning in the 
  1.10  fiscal years designated for a year-round school/extended week or 
  1.11  day grant under Laws 1995, First Special Session chapter 3, 
  1.12  article 7, section 4, to independent school district No. 270,
