1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION.
1.6$1,500,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of human
1.7services for the biennium beginning July 1, 2008, for grants to existing methamphetamine
1.8treatment programs in Faribault, Martin, Olmsted, and Anoka Counties, that received
1.9grant funds under Laws 2005, chapter 136, article 1, section 9, subdivision 6.
