  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $32,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the board 
  1.7   of water and soil resources for a grant to the Blue Earth county 
  1.8   soil and water conservation district for stream bank 
  1.9   stabilization on the LeSueur river within the city limits of St. 
  1.10  Clair.
