  1.2             relating to transportation; appropriating money for 
  1.3             construction of Phalen Boulevard. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $12,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of transportation for a grant to the city of St. 
  1.8   Paul for the construction of Phalen Boulevard from I-35E to 
  1.9   Johnson Parkway, including acquisition of right-of-way.  This 
  1.10  appropriation is available until spent.
