  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [117.206] [RESTRICTION ON SUBSEQUENT SALE TO 
  1.8   PRIVATE PERSONS.] 
  1.9      A political subdivision that acquires property through 
  1.10  eminent domain must not sell the property to a private person 
  1.11  for a period of five years following acquisition of the 
  1.12  property, unless the private person is the person from whom the 
  1.13  property was acquired.
