  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to appropriations; appropriating money for 
  1.3             youth sports, natural resources, agriculture, and 
  1.4             wastewater funding. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $500,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund for the 
  1.8   biennium to be divided as follows: 
  1.9      (1) $50,000,000 is to the amateur sports facilities 
  1.10  commission for the purpose of providing youth sports facilities, 
  1.11  including, but not limited to, soccer, swimming, baseball, 
  1.12  basketball, and hockey venues; 
  1.13     (2) $100,000,000 is to the metropolitan parks and open 
  1.14  space commission for acquisition and development of parks and 
  1.15  trails in the seven-county metropolitan area; 
  1.16     (3) $100,000,000 is to the commissioner of natural 
  1.17  resources for acquisition and development needs for state parks 
  1.18  and trails; 
  1.19     (4) $50,000,000 is to the commissioner of natural resources 
  1.20  to provide grants to local units of government to provide 
  1.21  natural areas, trails, fishing piers, camping areas, and 
  1.22  playgrounds; 
  1.23     (5) $100,000,000 is to the public facilities authority to 
  1.24  meet needs for wastewater infrastructure and unsewered small 
  1.25  communities; and 
  2.1      (6) $100,000,000 is to the commissioner of agriculture to 
  2.2   capitalize all local revolving accounts for agricultural best 
  2.3   management practices, including rural septic systems.
