  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to education; appropriating money for 
  1.3             immunization follow-up. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      $....... is appropriated for the biennium ending June 30, 
  1.6   2001, from the general fund to the commissioner of children, 
  1.7   families, and learning for distribution to school districts for 
  1.8   immunization follow-up activities performed by school staff and 
  1.9   school nurses including, but not limited to, immunization record 
  1.10  searches and ensuring that the immunization records submitted 
  1.11  under Minnesota Statutes, section 121A.15, are current.  The 
  1.12  commissioner shall establish a method for distribution to the 
  1.13  school districts.
