  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to economic development; providing for a 
  1.3             grant for community infrastructure improvements to 
  1.4             Grant county; appropriating money. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $....... is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of trade and economic development for fiscal year 
  1.9   2000 for a grant to Grant county for community infrastructure 
  1.10  improvements needed to develop value-added agriprocessing 
  1.11  facilities.  This grant is not subject to the maximum grant 
  1.12  limitation of Minnesota Statutes, section 116J.8731, subdivision 
  1.13  5.  This is a one-time appropriation and is not added to the 
  1.14  agency's base.  This appropriation is available until June 30, 
  1.15  2000.
