  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [ALBERT LEA PORT AUTHORITY; APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $500,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of trade and economic development for a grant to 
  1.9   the Albert Lea Port Authority to remodel a building in the 
  1.10  Northaire Industrial Park for use as a business development 
  1.11  center.  This appropriation is available until expended.
